PNBA Introduces New Director of Programs & Pricing

Our first quarter has been one filled with excitement here at the PNBA. We took the time to do things RIGHT and hired our new Director of Programs & Pricing—the hiring and vetting process was lengthier than any of us would have liked but resulted in a candidate who is perfectly suited to take PNBA to the next level.

Please help give a big welcome to Chris Seger. He previously worked with Pavecon as the Fleet Director, and he is going to be an amazing asset to the PNBA team. Chris graduated in 2004 from the Universal Technical Institute of Arizona with an Associates of Occupational Studies in Automotive, Diesel, and Industrial Technologies Degree. He has been training on our systems and processes in tandem with wrapping up his responsibilities at Pavecon, where he leaves very big shoes to fill. Chris has already jumped in with both feet working on our pending vendor relationships to continue growing our vendor list. Just as Chris is adventurous in work, he loves to be outside enjoying nature and even has a Private Pilot’s license.

In other PNBA news, we have refined our processes and have been able to retrieve 95% of spending from both vendors and members in an easily tracked system. Almost all vendors are set up with ACH and we are able to run reports to make sure that the rebate amounts are matching our reporting.

Communication with most vendors and members is on the rise since last year. We have been able to further challenge members and vendors to work together for the best ways to utilize the benefits they receive from PNBA. This will be an ongoing effort, but the progress we’ve made so far—in spite of being slower than we had hoped initially—is an incredibly positive indicator of what is to come.
